The Following are the term and conditions of the agreement under which rooms are permitted to be used by guests.

1. Tariff: Your room rates on the tariff card given to you by reception or as mention on your registration card signed by you on arrival is for the room only and is exclusive of any government tax as applicable.
2. Settlement of bills: Bill must be settled on presentation; personal cheque is not accepted.
3. Departure: Check out time is 11 A.M, please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Up to 18:00 Hrs. if the room made available half of the tariff will be charged. After 18:00 hours, the full tariff applicable will be charged.
4. Luggage Storage: Luggage should be stored in the left luggage room at guests’ sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period over 30 days.
5. Visitor Belongings: Visitors are particularly requested to lock the door of their room when going to bed. The company will not anyway whatsoever be responsible for the loss of resident goods or any other property.
6. Damage to property: Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them, friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
7. Government rules and regulation: Guests are requested to observe government rules and regulation in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic beverages, fire arms etc.
8. Breakfast Timings: Breakfast is at 8:00 A.M until 10:30 A.M
9. Hotel Keys must be deposited at the reception whenever guests leave, Lost keys incur a replacement fees.
10. Room visit is not allowed after 8:00 P.M please use our outlets for social events and chatting with your guests.
11. Bringing and consuming food and drinks or ordering from external catering services is not allowed in the rooms or any other hotels area.
12. From 11:00 P.M to 8:00 A.M is the period of night rest, so don’t disturb other hotel guests, we ask each guest to be careful and do not produce noise that can bother other guests.
13. Hazardous can include anything from raw materials to weapons is prohibited to bring inside premises.
14. No illegal substance like consuming or storing drugs is allowed in side premises .
